The Bon Homme Richard CVA-31
My Navy Days

I was a Signalman on the aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard CVA-31. If any one was on board with me from 1968-1970, I would love to hear from you! My nickname on the Bonnie Dick was "Rocky". mmarinaro@nc.rr.com

Mike Marinaro-BootCamp-1968The Navy was great..I got to visit such wonderful places as The Phillipines, Guam, Hawaii, Japan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Our home port was San Diego, California.

I really enjoyed traveling around the world and I can honestly say that if I had it to do it all over again, I would have stayed in the Navy for 30 years!
